Return Policy:
Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with how a product sounds, return it within 30 days to receive a money back guarantee of the product price minus a 10% restocking fee (which is 10% of the unmodified product price), which has to be paid back to our distributor, who charges us the same exact restocking fee. If, however, the customer cancels the order before a product has been unboxed, no restocking fee will be charged. Original factory warranties are still fully valid.
